My first “assignments” were to document my family and our dog Louie’s every move:) I loved seeing how the images preserved my childhood memories so vividly. It has been a true gift that my passion for visual storytelling became my profession as a photojournalist, wedding photographer and visual media specialist at Lockheed Martin.
Clients know they can trust me to see them in the best light and bring out each individual’s beauty. My goal is always to help people feel comfortable in front of the camera. I value getting to know each subject. I really try to understand their story, capture and preserve memories that will last for generations.
It is a privilege to be part of people’s special days, and I do everything I can to make sure the process is stress-free before, during and after the big day. I know when to be a fly on the wall and when to be fun, energetic and professional.
With a BFA in photojournalism from Rochester Institute of Technology, I worked as a professional photojournalist at newspapers and magazines for more than 10 years. I have also had the privilege to be a wedding and lifestyle photographer for 15 years. Photography is truly my passion but I also have a robust fondness for all things peanut butter and baby animals <3
