I have been documenting my family in photographs since I was a child. I loved seeing my family’s story in images, and I have been fortunate to have made that passion for visual storytelling my profession as a newspaper photojournalist and wedding photographer.
Clients know they can trust me to see them in the best light and bring out each individual’s beauty. My goal is always to help people feel comfortable in front of the camera. I value getting to know each couple. I want to understand their story, capture and create memories that will last for generations.
It is a privilege to be part of people’s special days, and I do everything I can to make sure the process is stress-free before, during and after the big day. I know when to be a fly on the wall and when to be fun, energetic and professional, always without getting in the way.
With a BFA in photojournalism from Rochester Institute of Technology, I’ve been working as a professional photojournalist at newspapers and magazines for more than 10 years. I have also had the privilege to be a wedding and lifestyle photographer for 12 years. Photography is truly my passion but I also have a robust fondness for peanut butter and baby animals.
